It celebrates the vitality of a teacher in our life. In the ancient times, the role played by a teacher was considered nearly equivalent to that of a god. A guru or teacher is believed as an idol incarnated with the amalgamation of the qualities of God. Brahma, an epitome of knowledge and the creator of this divine universe, Vishnu, one who is believed to guide the lost minds on the right path and generate the right ideas.
