Covid-19 and the changing world
"Whatever happens, happens for the good!"
It's an old saying which believes that there's always a good motive behind the things which happens. The emergence of the Covid-19 (2020) pandemic is definitely not something we feel fortunate about. But, it has been eye-opener for the entire world. The Corona Virus has proved no matter what, human race will always remain inferior to the nature and it's elements. The massive nuclear weapons like explosive bombs , the slaying swords, and the colossal fighter jets proved to be a miniscule. These equipments appeared futile in dealing with the havoc caused by corona.
Human race came down on it's knees, when the cases upsurged and with the each second, one loosing their life. The pandemic taught a lesson to all those nasty, narcissistic, egoistic humans who believed that they are the superior power and can rule the world. The pandemic instigated the fear of death and desperation among us. It taught how life can be nasty, brutish, and short. It taught how one's death bed could be surrounded with destitute, rather than being encompassed with your loved ones grieving on your last few moments. The world economy which vanquished stiffly, taught people how nothing remains permanent. Be it is your life or the economy. Downfalls are necessary for an impressive leap. Slowly, the economies would come back to the tracks as well. Sanitization, masks, social distancing and head shields are the new normal now. The pandemic also taught people the value of relationships which they never paid much heed before the pandemic.
'Necessity is the mother of all inventions." The saying is true as our scientist and researchers all across the boundaries got united together to fight against the pandemic and find a cure for this fatal virus. With each day passing, hopes and the battle to survive was reaching it's peak. Finally, we are at a stage, where the saying "United we stand, Divided we fall" holds true. The formula for the vaccine is approved now. The future which seemed to be in darkness, agony and bafflement, now gives a ray of hope. It gives the lesson that one should never loose faith. Hope, belief , optimism, and vaccine are few of the keywords that we should remember for the year 2021. Remember!!
Happy New year!
